Mrs Bpo - Negative experience
Saw something on credit report from MRSBPO. So I call them.
Young lady asked for my last 4...told her no. Then she asked for my birthday...told her no. Then she asked for my address...told her no because miss I dont know who you are. So she say I have to verify you are who you say you are.
I tell her I get that but she cannot get any more info from me. So she asks for amount owed...I tell her. Oh, now she sees my account. So I ask for the TWC acct number associated.
She doesnt have. I tell her this is bogus because I've never had interruption in service and TWC will cut you off and everyone knows this. So she hurry's and says they no longer have the account! She hangs up on me.
They initiated this bogus account. So I'm calling BBB on them!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I'm dealing with this same issue! I've NEVER had US cellular and I can't get a live rep from this so called collector on the phone...funny part is that my oldest son has the exact same amount on his credit report by you guessed it US cellular and this dept collector.
I can't afford an attorney but this has really ruined my credit score. Someone please help!!
I am going through this very same thing. The posting on my credit report was not there just last month..
Now all of a sudden its there saying i owe almost $400 from 2014, when in fact and I can prove back in 2014 I had Direct Tv. ( looking at my old contract with Direct TV. now ) Here it is 2017 almost 2018 and I have only been with TWC... Spectrum for a little over 2 years now.
Can you please give a follow up... were you able to resolve the issue?
