Mrs Bpo - Are not accommodating
I received a notice from the parking authority advising me I’d be booted for tickets from 3 years ago, on a car and plate I haven’t even had in two years. I called to set up a payment arrangement and they pointed me to MRS BPO INC a collection agency.
When I called, the only thing they could offer me was a 20% settlement (less than $100 off the original amount) and were not willing to accommodate me with any other payment plan or lower settlement so that I could pay in full today. I am reporting them to BBB and to the parking Authority as well.
I didn’t even know about these tickets until last week and I’m being threatened to pay it in full by the end of the week. I’ve never even received correspondence from them either so the whole situation is stressful and they were no help!

I recently received a letter from these "people" in regards to my Time Warner Cable/Spectrum statement for this month. I cancelled my services with TWC/Spectrum this past summer, first via mail and then via phone.
I can't seem to get into TWC/Spectrum's website(as I cancelled and no longer have an account) to contact them; I have written the BPO company a letter regarding this situation, not sure how much good it will do.
